Sevilen Altıntepe Beyaz is a dry white wine made from Semillon, Sultaniye and Chardonnay grapes, part of Izmir-based Sevilen's everyday wines range. The Altıntepe range is offered among Sevilen's easy-drinking table wines with both red and white options.

Which grapes is it made from?

Three varieties come together in the blend. Semillon is a Bordeaux grape that can give the wine a rounded texture and light honey nuances. Sultaniye, one of the Aegean's most common white grapes, provides a refreshing, light character. Chardonnay, meanwhile, contributes to the body and fruit intensity. This combination results in a balanced, easy-drinking white wine for everyday tables.

How is it served?

Light, refreshing whites are generally served chilled to 8-10°C. Drinking it within a short time of opening is advisable to preserve freshness. It can comfortably be chosen at lunch on hot summer days or as a table wine.

Which foods does it pair with?

It pairs well with light Mediterranean flavours such as meze in olive oil, fresh cheeses, green salads and grilled fish. A meze platter with halloumi and white cheese is also a common match for this style of white wine.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
