These terms apply to sales between Jastin Off Licence (the "Seller") and the customer placing an order through jastinofflicence.com.tr or by WhatsApp/telephone (the "Buyer").
Seller: Jastin Off Licence — Famagusta (Gazimağusa) (main shop) and Bafra (Iskele) branches, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC).
Telephone/WhatsApp: +90 539 138 15 62 · Email: [email protected]
The Buyer submits an order request through the website or via WhatsApp. For products whose price is not stated on the website, the Seller notifies the Buyer of the total amount; the sale is concluded upon the Buyer's confirmation of that amount. Order requests that are not confirmed create no obligation.
Alcoholic drinks are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. Proof of identity may be requested on delivery; no delivery will be made to a person found to be under 18, and the order will be cancelled.
Prices are in Turkish lira and are the same as the shop shelf price. Payment can be made in cash (Turkish lira, euros, pounds sterling or US dollars) or by credit card on delivery; bank transfer/EFT can also be selected at the online payment step. Any delivery charge is notified when the order is confirmed.
Deliveries are made within the areas served by the Seller; delivery times vary with daily order volume and are confirmed via WhatsApp when the order is placed. The delivery time may vary depending on the area and demand; the estimated time is notified when the order is confirmed.
The Buyer may cancel the order without giving any reason before it is delivered. The products may be inspected on delivery; no payment is taken for products that are not accepted. Return conditions after delivery are set out on the Returns and Exchanges page.
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the legislation of the TRNC, and the courts of the TRNC have jurisdiction.
