Voga Pinot Grigio is a 12% ABV white wine made by the Italian company Enoitalia under its Voga Italia brand, from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Delle Venezie DOC. It is known for its eye-catching bottle design.

Why does the Delle Venezie region matter?

The producer states that the volcanic, mineral-rich soils and mild winds of this area, spanning Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige, allow the grapes to ripen with high acidity and distinctive aromas. Pinot Grigio is one of the white varieties most closely identified with this region in Italy.

What does Voga Pinot Grigio taste like?

It is pale straw yellow with green reflections. The nose shows apple and pear first, followed by peach and light white-flower notes. The palate is light, clean, harmonious and lively, finishing with a mineral freshness reminiscent of spring water.

How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?

The producer recommends serving at 8–10°C. It is a good aperitif choice, pairs well with light seafood and chicken breast, and can also stand up to richer dishes such as creamy pasta. The producer particularly highlights its pairing with sushi.
