Delivery areas

We deliver across North Cyprus from our Famagusta and Bafra branches. We bring your order to your hotel room, villa or address. If you have questions about your area, contact us on +90 539 138 15 62. Current list of areas: Hotel Delivery.

Delivery hours

Our Famagusta (Gazimağusa) branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch Tuesday–Sunday 09:00–02:00 (Monday 09:00–00:00). Delivery times vary with daily order volume and are confirmed via WhatsApp when you order. On busy summer evenings, ordering early helps your order arrive sooner.

Delivery time and charge

Delivery time varies depending on your area and the day's order volume; the estimated time is given to you via WhatsApp when you order. Any delivery charge, based on your area and order value, is also notified when the order is confirmed.

Delivery conditions

• For deliveries of alcoholic drinks, an 18+ age check is carried out; ID may be requested.
• Products best served cold (beer, white wine, etc.) are carried with care to keep them cold.
• You can check your items on delivery; any problem item is replaced on the spot.

For hotel deliveries, reception rules may mean the handover takes place in the lobby; adding your hotel and room number to the order note speeds things up.
