Personal Data Protection Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared by Jastin Off Licence (the "Business") regarding the processing of personal data collected through jastinofflicence.com.tr and in our shops, within the framework of the personal data protection legislation in force in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Yasası)).

What data do we collect?

• Order data: full name, telephone number, delivery address, order contents and your notes.
• Account data (if you have an account): email address, password (stored in encrypted form), order history and saved addresses.
• Cookie data: analytics measurement data, only if you give your consent (see our Cookie Policy).

For what purposes do we process your data?

• Receiving, preparing and delivering your order;
• Contacting you about your order and delivery (by telephone/WhatsApp/email);
• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. age verification, issuing invoices);
• Sending information about promotions and offers, if you have given your explicit consent.

With whom is your data shared?

Your data is shared only to the extent required to provide the service (e.g. with delivery staff and hosting and infrastructure providers); it is not sold to third parties or transferred for marketing purposes.

How long is your data kept?

Order and invoice records are kept for the statutory retention periods; account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. Data whose retention period has expired is deleted or anonymised.
