Membership is optional; orders may also be placed without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. If false information is provided, the business may suspend the account.
Product information and prices on the Site are for information purposes and may be updated without prior notice. For products without a stated price, the sale is concluded when the amount has been notified to you and confirmed by you. Obvious material errors (e.g. a price resulting from a typing error) are not binding.
The trade marks, logos, texts and images on the Site are owned by, or used under licence by, Jastin Off Licence and may not be copied without permission. Credits for third-party licensed images are on the Image Credits page.
No guarantee is given that the Site will operate without interruption or error. Responsible consumption of alcoholic drinks is the user's own responsibility; excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
