Martini Rosé Extra Dry is an 11.5% ABV pink sparkling wine, made by Martini & Rossi from a blend of red and white grape varieties grown mostly in northern Italy. It is crafted from a carefully selected blend of grapes, aiming for a crisp, refreshing balance.

What does Martini Rosé Extra Dry taste like?

Wild rose aromas lead on the nose; according to the distributor's description, raspberry, peach, elderflower and citrus fruit combine with floral and herbal touches of violet and sage. On the palate, vibrant citrus and dried-fruit flavours build a crisp, refreshing structure. The finish leaves a pleasant, lightly earthy trace.

How should it be served?

It is served well chilled in a flute or tulip-shaped glass. The producer recommends it for outdoor lunches and sunset aperitifs; it is a typical part of Italian aperitivo culture. For a lighter serve, it can also be presented over ice with a slice of citrus.

What food does it pair with?

According to the producer, salty and tangy flavours pair very well with this wine, especially seafood enjoyed outdoors. Its dry, citrussy character forms a natural match with fresh oysters and a squeeze of lemon. A mezze platter of olives and salty snacks is also a good accompaniment.
