Martini Prosecco is an 11.5% ABV dry Prosecco DOC sparkling wine, made by Martini & Rossi from Glera grapes in northern Italy. According to the brand's distributor information, the grapes are hand-picked from vineyards in northern Italy.

What does Martini Prosecco taste like?

In the glass, it shows lively, fine bubbles and a pale colour. The nose leads with fresh apple, peach and citrus fruit. The palate is crisp and dry, with, in the producer's description, apple and thyme notes creating a lively freshness. The finish leaves a light mineral trace. Its subtle yeasty tones become more pronounced alongside salty snacks.

How should it be served?

The most common way to serve it is well chilled in a flute glass, as an aperitif. It can also be used as a sparkling base in cocktails. Its fresh, fruity character is best appreciated when drunk young; once opened, it should be consumed promptly to preserve the bubbles.
