Cielo 10 Frizzante Bianco is a 10% ABV lightly sparkling (frizzante) white wine produced by the Italian wine house Cielo e Terra. It belongs to the producer's Frizzante series and is presented for its light, easy-drinking bubbles. Cielo e Terra is an Italian wine house rooted in 1908, based in Veneto.
What is frizzante?
Frizzante is Italian for "lightly sparkling". Compared with fully sparkling wines known as spumante, these wines have lower pressure and softer, less intense bubbles. This makes Cielo 10 a refreshing option as an everyday aperitif or alongside light meals.
What does Cielo 10 Frizzante Bianco taste like?
It has a pale straw-yellow colour. The bouquet is refined and intense; the producer states the series offers light bubbles with fruity, off-dry notes. The palate is elegant and lightly sparkling.
How should it be served, and what does it pair with?
The producer recommends serving at 8–10°C. It pairs very well as an aperitif and with light dishes; it is a refreshing accompaniment to salads, fresh cheeses and light meze.
