Martini Fiero is a modern aperitif vermouth with 14.9% ABV from Martini & Rossi, balancing sweet orange aromas with fresh citrus peel. Developed by the brand's master blender Beppe Musso, Fiero is made by blending white wines with 100% natural fruit aromas. Martini & Rossi is today part of the Bacardi group.
What does Martini Fiero taste like?
It has a vivid, eye-catching red colour. The producer describes Fiero as a bold, sweet and invigorating aperitif, where sweet orange aromas are balanced by the freshness of citrus peel. Its fruity character makes it softer and easier to drink than classic bitters. The orange character stays pronounced whether drunk neat or in a spritz.
How is it served?
Its most common use is spritz-style: mixed with tonic in a glass full of ice and garnished with an orange slice. It can also be lengthened with sparkling wine, or drunk neat over ice.
What food does it pair with?
The producer states that salty, flavourful foods bring out Fiero's fruity notes. A mix of black and green olives, Italian cured meats and chunks of Parmesan are recommended snacks alongside this aperitif.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
