Voga Prosecco is a Prosecco DOC sparkling wine from the VOGA Italia series of Enoitalia, part of the Italian Wine Brands group, made from Glera grapes in Veneto. According to the producer's US website, the grapes come from around Conegliano in Treviso; the wine is presented in the brand's ornate, stylish bottle.

What does Voga Prosecco taste like?

It has a pale straw-yellow colour with persistent, fine bubbles. The nose leads with acacia blossom, apple and white peach, enriched by fruity notes of ripe apricot and peach. The palate offers a light sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity. It is described as a crisp, clean and lively Prosecco with good concentration.

How should it be served?

The producer recommends serving at 8–10°C. It can be drunk alone as an aperitif in a flute glass, or used as a sparkling base in light cocktails. Its fruity character comes through best when drunk young and fresh.

What food does it pair with?

It is a versatile accompaniment: it pairs well with seafood, light starters and fresh salads. Thanks to its compatibility with egg dishes, it also suits breakfast and brunch tables. Fruit tarts and soft cheeses are pleasant pairings too.
