Pasqua Cuvée N°5 Frizzante is an 11% ABV, lightly sparkling (frizzante) Italian white wine made by Verona-based Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine by blending five grapes from the hills of Veneto. The "N°5" in its name refers to the winemaker's selection from five stainless steel tanks, each holding a separate variety.

What grapes is it made from?

The blend includes Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Turbiana and Garganega. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. The wine is part of Pasqua's fresh, light frizzante series, designed for aperitifs, brunch and family celebrations.

What does Cuvée N°5 taste like?

It is straw yellow in colour. Green apple and white flowers meet a light citrus touch on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively, offering a lightly off-dry (amabile) drink with fine, persistent bubbles. According to the technical sheet, it contains around 15 g of residual sugar per litre.

How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?

It is recommended to serve at 7–8°C. It is very suitable as an aperitif; it pairs well with light starters, meze and fish dishes.

Nose: Green apple and white flowers, with a light touch of citrus.
Palate: Fresh and lively, lightly off-dry; fine, persistent bubbles.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
