Pasqua Malvasia is a white wine made entirely from Malvasia grapes in Puglia, southern Italy, classified as Puglia IGT, from Italian wine house Pasqua. With its aromatic structure, it's described as a light, enjoyable wine that carries the sunny Italian climate into the glass.
Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a Verona-based family company that celebrated its centenary in 2025; today it's led by the third generation of the Pasqua family. Known for interpreting Verona's traditional winemaking with an innovative eye, the producer also offers this white made from Malvasia and Puglia's sun-drenched vineyards.
Malvasia is an aromatic white grape family with a long history in the Mediterranean basin. In Pasqua Malvasia, floral and tropical fruit aromas are detectable on the nose. On the palate it offers a light, pleasant drinking experience with balanced acidity; a distinct sweetish touch accompanies its dry character.
Serving it at around 12°C is recommended. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal.
It pairs particularly well with fish dishes and shellfish; it can also accompany light meze platters and salads.
