Gibson's Pink is a 37.5% ABV pink gin distilled in England under the Gibson's brand, owned by the La Martiniquaise-Bardinet group. Made with a distinctive recipe, this gin balances a distilled gin base with the natural notes of strawberry and rose petal, and, according to the producer, is made with no added sugar. Launched in 2019, Gibson's Pink is the brand's first flavoured gin.
What's in it?
Juniper forms the resinous, floral base. Strawberry adds a fruity, lightly biscuity sweetness, rose petal a floral aroma, and orange peel a citrus freshness.
What does Gibson's Pink taste like?
Despite its pink colour, it has a dry rather than sweet drink. Notes reminiscent of forest fruits are felt on the palate alongside juniper and a floral touch. With no added sugar, the fruit aroma stays light and clean, which makes the sweetness easy to adjust in cocktails.
How should it be served?
A pink gin and tonic made with plenty of ice and a few fresh strawberry slices is the most common serve. It can also be used as a base in fruity cocktails and spritz-style long drinks.
Which dishes does it pair with?
Its dry, fruity character pairs well with fresh cheeses, strawberry-topped green salads and light red-fruit desserts.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
