Finsbury Wild Strawberry is a 37.5% ABV flavoured gin, based on the more than 250-year-old Finsbury London Dry Gin recipe, sweetened with wild strawberry and red berries. It launched in summer 2020 as the brand's first flavoured gin; the brand today belongs to Hamburg-based BORCO.
What does it taste like?
This pink-coloured gin has a sweet, soft character. Strawberry and raspberry notes stand out, with a light juniper and a subtle orange peel touch in the background. Its classic gin base is prepared with ten botanicals, including dried orange peel and cinnamon bark. The fruit character comes from the natural aromas of wild strawberry and red berries. Its sugar content is higher than a classic London Dry, giving it a fruity, sweetish drink.
How should it be served?
A gin and tonic made with plenty of ice and a few fresh strawberries is the most common serve. It also suits light summer cocktails lengthened with lemonade or sparkling wine.
Which dishes does it pair with?
Its fruity, sweetish character finds a good match in strawberry and red-fruit light desserts, fresh cheeses and fruity green salads.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
