Absolut Elyx is a 42.3% ABV super-premium vodka produced in Sweden by Absolut, part of Pernod Ricard. It is made from the winter wheat of a single estate, Råbelöf Manor in southern Sweden, and distilled in a copper still dating from 1921.
What sets Absolut Elyx apart?
Elyx's raw material is the winter wheat of a single estate, making its source traceable. It is distilled in a copper still dating from 1921; the brand emphasises that the vodka has a rich, silky mouthfeel. Elyx has won double gold medals on multiple occasions at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
What does Absolut Elyx taste like?
The nose is clean and rich, carrying notes of fresh bread, white chocolate, light grain and a soft, deep spice note. On the palate, macadamia nut, creamy grain, white chocolate and the buttery touch of freshly baked bread are felt; a light nuttiness balances with soft spice. The finish closes smoothly and evenly with soft spice and a fresh nuttiness.
How is it served?
Its silky texture shows best when drunk neat and chilled, or over a single large ice cube. It also retains its character in simple cocktails such as the Vodka Martini and Moscow Mule.
What does Absolut Elyx pair with?
Its creamy, nutty structure pairs well with seafood such as smoked salmon and caviar, sushi and light nut platters.

- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
