Belvedere is a 40% ABV luxury rye vodka produced in Poland by Belvedere, part of the LVMH group. The current product is sold as Belvedere Organic, made from 100% organic Polish rye and produced at Żyrardów, Poland's longest continuously operating vodka distillery, founded in 1910.
How is Belvedere made?
Belvedere is made purely from rye and purified water. In line with Polish vodka regulations, no additives are included. The building depicted on the bottle is the Belweder Palace in Warsaw, which gives the brand its name.
What does Belvedere taste like?
The nose is soft and inviting, carrying vanilla and cream notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, full and round, naturally soft and velvety in texture, moving between sweet and salty, rounded out with a touch of black pepper and spice. The finish is long, leaving notes of almond, clotted cream and a light Brazil nut.
How is it served?
Its velvety texture shows best when drunk neat and well chilled. It retains its rye character in simple cocktails such as the Vodka Martini and vodka and tonic.
What does Belvedere pair with?
Its creamy, lightly spiced structure pairs well with seafood such as smoked fish and caviar, meze platters featuring pickles, and mature cheeses.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
