Beluga Noble is Beluga's 40% ABV super-premium vodka. The brand was born in 2002 at the Mariinsk distillery in Siberia; the bottle sold internationally is the "Export" version produced in Montenegro. The bottle is known for its hand-attached metal sturgeon (beluga) figure.
How is Beluga Noble made?
According to the producer, Beluga Noble is made with grain alcohol and pure artesian spring water; the grain alcohol's raw material is winter wheat. The vodka is first passed twice through quartz sand, then three times through a silver-enriched charcoal filter. It rests for a full 30 days before bottling; the producer states that this rest gives it a soft, rich taste and an exceptionally clear finish.
What does Beluga Noble taste like?
The producer describes Beluga Noble as both soft and flavourful. It offers a clear, pure taste on the palate, with a delicate, rich structure suited to drinking neat.
How is it served?
It is recommended neat and well chilled. Its clean structure also stands out in simple cocktails such as the Vodka Martini.

The brand recommends Beluga Noble alongside a serving of black caviar. Besides caviar, smoked fish and seafood, along with cold meze platters featuring pickles, are also classic matches.
