Chivas Regal Ultis is a 40% ABV blended malt Scotch whisky prepared by Chivas Brothers by blending single malt whiskies from five distilleries in the Speyside region. It contains no grain whisky; it was introduced in 2016 as the first blended malt to carry the Chivas Regal name.
What goes into Ultis?
The blend includes malts from the Strathisla, Longmorn, Tormore, Allt-a-Bhainne and Braeval distilleries. Strathisla is considered the historic heart of Chivas blends; Longmorn adds a creamy softness, Tormore citrus, Allt-a-Bhainne spice, and Braeval a floral elegance. Ultis was created as a tribute to the five generations of master blenders who have served the brand since 1909, and was crafted by the then master blender Colin Scott.
What does Chivas Regal Ultis taste like?
Peach, nectarine, honey and vanilla lead on the nose, joined by light spice, grapefruit and dried-flower touches. On the palate, fruits such as red apple, cherry, raspberry confectionery, peach and mango combine with a pinch of cinnamon and dry heather notes.
How should it be served, and what does it pair with?
It is recommended neat or with a few drops of water to feel its fruity, floral character. It makes a good companion to fruit desserts, mature cheeses and chicken dishes.

- Palate

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
