Stirling Pink Gin

Stirling Pink Gin is a 37.5% ABV pink gin made in the Netherlands by Boomsma, one of the country's long-established drinks producers. It should not be confused with the pink gin from the Scottish Stirling Distillery, which shares the same name; this product belongs to Boomsma's Stirling range. Boomsma's roots go back to 1883.

What does Stirling Pink Gin taste like?

Pink in colour, it has a warm, sweet character on the palate. Raspberry and strawberry notes lead, with juniper remaining a light thread in the background. Some tasting notes also pick up a subtle trace of coriander. With over 50 grams of sugar per litre, its fruity sweetness is pronounced. It suits those looking for a soft, fruit-forward gin rather than the dry, sharp structure of a classic London Dry.

How should it be served?

Serving it chilled is recommended. The most common serve is a gin and tonic made in a glass full of ice with a few fresh strawberries or raspberries; it can also be used as a base in fruity summer cocktails.
