Jameson Whiskey & Cola is a carbonated, 5% ABV ready-to-drink cocktail combining Jameson Irish whiskey with cola. Offered under Pernod Ricard's Irish Distillers Jameson brand, it is, according to product information, canned in Pontefract, England, by Refresco UK.

What is in it?

The ingredient list includes prepared water, sugar, Jameson Irish whiskey, natural flavour, acidity regulator, caramel colour (E150d), preservatives and carbon dioxide. The underlying Jameson is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey known for its smooth taste, carrying the name of the distillery John Jameson founded in Dublin in 1780; this mix brings the familiar taste of the whiskey-and-cola pairing to a practical format.

How is it served?

Chilling it in the fridge and serving it from the can or over ice in a tall glass is the most common choice. A slice of lime can be added, if preferred. As its alcohol content is lower, it is lighter than a classic bar whiskey and cola.
