Beefeater Gin & Lemon is a carbonated, ready-to-drink cocktail combining Pernod Ricard's Beefeater London Dry gin with lemon. Designed to be opened and drunk cold, the can requires no mixing or measuring. It is 4.9% ABV.

What is in it?

According to producer information, the ingredients consist of carbonated water, gin, sugar, natural flavours, lemon juice from concentrate, and citric acid as an acidity regulator. Preservatives and stabilisers are also used to maintain freshness. The underlying Beefeater is a well-known example of the classic, juniper-forward London Dry style.

What does Beefeater Gin & Lemon taste like?

A lively lemon acidity comes together with the gin's juniper and botanical notes. Softened with sugar, it has a refreshing, light drink; because its alcohol content is lower, it feels lighter than a classic gin cocktail.

How is it served?

For the best result it should be well chilled in the fridge and, if preferred, poured into a glass full of ice with a slice of lemon. It is a useful choice in settings needing a practical drink, such as picnics, gardens or the beach. It pairs well with light meze, fried snacks and seafood platters.
