Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla is a 41.3% ABV distilled gin from Diageo's Tanqueray brand, made with Seville orange. It draws on Charles Tanqueray's original recipes dating back to 1862 and on Seville's sun-ripened oranges; it launched in 2018.
What's in it?
Tanqueray's four traditional botanicals, juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice root, form the base of this gin too. Seville orange and orange blossom are added to these. This draws the brand's classic juniper-forward character towards a fruitier, Mediterranean-leaning direction.
What does Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla taste like?
This orange-red gin has a sharp yet sweet drink. Orange's bittersweetness combines with a clean gin backbone; coriander is distinctly felt alongside the fruity notes. With about 54 grams of sugar per litre, it is noticeably softer than classic Tanqueray.
How should it be served?
A gin and tonic made with plenty of ice, tonic and a slice of orange is the best-known serve. It also offers a citrus base in cocktails such as spritz and Negroni.
Which dishes does it pair with?
Its orange, sweetish character pairs well with citrus salads, grilled chicken and orange- or bitter-chocolate desserts.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
