Gordon's Premium Pink is a 37.5% ABV pink gin from Diageo's Gordon's brand. It combines the crisp character of the classic Gordon's London Dry Gin with the sweetness of raspberry and strawberry and a tart touch of redcurrant. The producer states that only natural flavourings are used, and the pink colour reflects this fruit character.

What does Gordon's Premium Pink taste like?

Fresh red fruits lead on the nose. On the palate, a sweet entry brings out raspberry and redcurrant, with a light strawberry note and a soft juniper backdrop. At around 70 grams of sugar per litre, it is noticeably sweeter than classic gins. Gordon's familiar juniper-forward base keeps the fruit sweetness from becoming heavy and carries the taste through to a crisp finish.

How should it be served?

The producer recommends serving it chilled and lengthening it with tonic or lemonade, garnished with sliced fresh strawberry or raspberry. A gin and tonic over plenty of ice is the simplest serve. It is also a handy base for fruity summer cocktails.

Which foods does it pair well with?

Its fruity, sweetish character pairs well with red-fruit desserts, fresh cheeses, and green salads with strawberries and a light vinaigrette.
