The story of Pike Creek

The brand was first launched in 1998 and relaunched in 2012 under Pernod Ricard. It takes its name from the area around Hiram Walker's whisky maturation warehouses in Windsor. The whisky is a blend of double-distilled corn whisky and single-distilled rye whisky. The brand's expressions were previously finished in port casks; since 2016, the main expression has been finished in rum casks. The rum-cask 10-year-old expression was named the best Canadian blend at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards.
