OSA Whisky Miniature is a miniature bottle of Clubhouse Blended Scotch Whisky, the award-winning blend from OSA Fine Spirits (Old St Andrews); this 40% ABV blended Scotch is described by the producer as "rich and fruity".

What kind of blend is Clubhouse?

Clubhouse is made predominantly by combining Speyside whiskies with Highland and Islay whiskies. The blend contains three grain whiskies and fifteen different malt whiskies; the malt proportion is around 30%, and all are over five years old. According to the producer, the grain whisky is matured in bourbon casks for three years, while the Speyside and Islay malts are matured in sherry casks for at least five years. The Islay malts add a light peat and smoke, while the Speyside malts add a rich, fruity character. The blend has scored 89 out of 100 in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible guide.

What does Clubhouse taste like?

Rich fruit aromas are balanced by a light peat smoke and an underlying sweet spice. The finish is fresh and mouth-watering.

How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?

It can be tasted neat or with a few drops of water; the small bottle is practical for trying the blend or for gifting. Its fruity, lightly smoky character pairs well with mature cheeses, nuts and grilled red meat.
