LB Gin

Who is the producer?

Amber Latvijas balzams is the largest spirits producer in the Baltic states, headquartered in Riga. The company's history goes back to Riga State Vodka Warehouse No. 1, which opened in 1900; it took the name Latvijas balzams in 1970. Its flagship product is Riga Black Balsam, a traditional Latvian herbal liqueur. The same producer also makes Cross Keys Gin, named after Riga's crossed-keys emblem; LB Gin, meanwhile, is the producer's own-name gin with a classic juniper character.

How should it be served?

The producer recommends LB Gin chilled, either neat or over ice, mixed with tonic, or used in cocktails. Thanks to its juniper-forward structure, it retains its character distinctly in simple recipes such as classic gin and tonic and Martini.
