Another Hendrick's Gin

Another Hendrick's is a 41.4% ABV gin made by William Grant & Sons at the Girvan distillery in Scotland. It is the first permanent new addition to the Hendrick's range in around nine years, and is easily distinguished from the brand's classic dark bottle by its white bottle.

What makes Another Hendrick's different?

The gin keeps Hendrick's familiar rose and cucumber character while adding orange blossom and cocoa bean to the recipe. Orange blossom brings bright, delicate citrus notes; cocoa adds a velvety, creamy depth without making the gin heavier.

What does Another Hendrick's taste like?

On the nose, bright citrus and orange blossom meet a juniper backbone; fruity and salty-herbal botanicals carry light sweetish nuances. On the palate, juniper is followed by a silky cocoa texture; citrus and floral sweetness balance it. The finish is clean and soft, leaving a lightly bittersweet, floral, citrus echo.

How should it be served?

A gin and tonic made with a neutral or lightly citrus tonic and orange peel is its simplest serve. It can also be used in Gin Sour and modern Martini interpretations.

Which dishes does it pair with?

Cocoa and orange notes suit chocolate- or orange-based desserts; it also pairs well with light starters and fresh cheeses such as goat's cheese.
