Zernoff Silver

Zernoff Silver is a 40% ABV plain vodka produced by Zernoff Beverages, a leading Moldovan vodka producer. The producer describes Silver as a smooth, flawlessly clear vodka made using advanced water-treatment technology enriched with silver cations. Zernoff is a production complex that carries out the entire process, from growing grain on its own fields to producing alcohol and bottling, at a single facility, and markets itself as Moldova's most-awarded vodka brand.

What does Zernoff Silver taste like?

The producer highlights Silver especially for its smoothness, stating that strict adherence to tradition, recipe and production technology delivers this smooth taste. Silver-treated water gives the vodka a clear, clean structure. Promotional materials emphasise that silver filtration also makes the vodka a quality base in mixes.

How is it served?

It can be drunk well chilled, neat, in small glasses. Its smooth, clean structure also allows it to be readily used in long drinks made with tonic, soda or fruit juices, and in classic vodka cocktails.

What food does it pair with?

As on Moldovan and Eastern European tables, it goes well with pickles, cold cuts and fish meze. Its smooth structure offers a balanced accompaniment to meze platters and smoked fish.
