Belvedere Organic Infusions is a 40% ABV flavoured vodka range from Belvedere, the Polish vodka brand owned by LVMH, flavoured with certified organic fruit, spice and botanicals. It is presented as the brand's first certified organic spirits.

How are Organic Infusions made?

The range is based on Belvedere's vodka, made from Polish rye. The flavour comes solely from 100% organic fruit, spices and botanicals; the brand states that no artificial additives are used. The range's first releases comprise three varieties: lemon and basil with a touch of elderflower, blackberry and lemongrass with a hint of sage, and pear and ginger with linden honey. Each variety balances a fruit against a second, herbal or spiced component, giving a more layered profile than plain vodka.

What kind of taste can you expect?

The taste varies by variety; what they share is that natural fruit aroma combines with the vodka's clean structure without the heavy sweetness of sugary liqueurs. For this reason, the range is designed for light long drinks with soda or tonic.

How is it served, and what food does it pair with?

It is recommended served in a glass filled with plenty of ice, with soda or tonic, garnished with a slice of fruit or fresh herb; the pear variety also pairs well with ginger ale. It offers a light accompaniment to salads, fish and seafood, and fruit-based desserts.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
