Strange Luve Gin is a 40% ABV London Dry gin produced in small batches in Belgium by Sodiko. On the label, the product's name is spelled "Strange Luve".
What does Strange Luve Gin contain?
The producer builds the gin's character around juniper, coriander and elderflower. The product's ingredient list also includes orris root, almond, star anise, clove, and orange and lemon peel.
What does Strange Luve Gin taste like?
According to the producer's description, on the palate the spiced tones of juniper and coriander meet the soft floral touch of elderflower. A warm citrus trace is felt on the finish. Its classic, juniper-forward structure makes it a versatile gin, suited to both neat drinking and mixing.
How is it served?
The producer recommends a good-quality tonic, plenty of ice, and a sprig of thyme with a slice of orange as garnish. Thyme brings out the gin's herbal side, while orange highlights the citrus note on the finish. It also forms a balanced base in classic gin cocktails thanks to its juniper character.
What does Strange Luve Gin pair with?
