Larios Dry Gin

Larios Dry Gin (Larios Mediterránea London Dry Gin) is a 37.5% ABV London Dry gin from Larios, one of Spain's most recognised gin brands. The brand is today part of the Suntory Global Spirits portfolio and is one of the best-known names in Spain's gin and tonic culture.

How is Larios Dry Gin made?

The gin is made using the London Dry method, with only natural botanicals and flavourings used. Its main botanicals are juniper, citrus, coriander and angelica root. What sets its recipe apart from other London Dry gins is the Mediterranean-leaning fruity aroma contributed by sweet and bitter oranges from Spain.

What does Larios Dry Gin taste like?

Its nose carries fresh citrus, dominant juniper notes and a light coriander touch. On the palate it is light and balanced; juniper, orange, lemon and spiced herbs complement each other. The finish is dry, soft and refreshing, leaving a light, floral sweetness.

How should it be served?

Its classic serve is a gin and tonic made with a good-quality tonic and orange peel that highlights the Mediterranean aromas. More fruity mixes can be made with pink grapefruit or lemonade; it is also used in cocktails such as Negroni and Gin Fizz.
