Gossip Craft Gin

The Gossip Craft Gin is a 40% ABV craft gin produced by Brewart, a boutique brewery and distillery. Alongside craft beer, vodka and zivania, Brewart produces handcrafted gins distinguished by their juniper character.

How is The Gossip Craft Gin made?

According to the producer, the gin is distilled in a copper still. The recipe features carefully selected botanicals led by juniper, coriander and citrus; Brewart describes its gins as combining a bold juniper character with Mediterranean botanicals. Named after the conversations shared over a glass, the gin's label is decorated with figures of Cyprus's emblematic animals.

How should it be served?

As a juniper- and citrus-led gin, its most natural use is in a gin and tonic made with plenty of ice and tonic water; a slice of lemon or orange peel enhances the citrus notes. It can also be used as a base in classic gin cocktails.

What food does it pair with?

The refreshing combination of juniper, coriander and citrus goes well with the light dishes of Cypriot tables: grilled halloumi, salads made with fresh herbs and grilled fish are all fitting choices with this gin.
