According to the producer, notes of bison grass, chamomile, green apple, lavender, vanilla and almond intertwine on the nose; its overall character is herbal notes, creamy vanilla, light spice and spring flowers. Its herbal, lightly sweetish character forms a good match with cold meze, smoked fish and pickle platters. Szarlotka, made with apple juice, offers a balanced pairing alongside apple- and cinnamon-based desserts.
