Tuborg Ice is a 4.5% ABV pale lager beer produced by Türk Tuborg at its İzmir plant under Danish licence. Made from barley malt, hops, yeast and water, it takes its name from the cold filtration used in its production: the beer is filtered at minus 1.5 °C. Türk Tuborg has brewed beer at its İzmir plant since 1969; this brewery is Turkey's first private-sector beer plant.
What does Tuborg Ice taste like?
It is a golden-coloured beer with an abundant, dense foam head. Malt leads on both nose and palate; its texture is smooth, and the drink is easy and refreshing. This light, cooling character makes it especially suited to hot summer days.
How should it be served?
It is recommended to chill it to 4–6 °C. Pouring at a slight angle into a tall, narrow glass balances the foam; drinking straight from the bottle is also common.
What does Tuborg Ice pair well with?
Its light, refreshing character sits well with the light dishes of summer tables. Fresh salads, grilled chicken and seafood such as calamari and mussels are good matches. It is also readily chosen simply to cool off.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
