Bomonti Filtresiz is an unfiltered 4.8% ABV lager beer produced in Turkey by Anadolu Efes. Bomonti is one of Turkey's oldest beer brands, with roots going back to the Bomonti brewery founded in Istanbul in the late 19th century; the brand today belongs to Anadolu Efes.
What does "unfiltered" mean for a beer?
Unfiltered beers skip the filtration step normally applied at the end of production. As a result, the beer can look cloudier than filtered lagers and retains its natural character from malt and yeast more distinctly. Unfiltered beers are at their best when consumed fresh; they should be kept in a cool, dark place.
How should it be served?
It is served well chilled. Pouring at a slight angle into the glass and leaving a two-finger head of foam at the end helps preserve the carbonation and aroma.
What does Bomonti Filtresiz pair well with?
Its soft, easy-drinking character sits well with light meyhane-style flavours. Meze platters, nuts and snacks, and everyday dishes like pizza and pasta are good matches. It also strikes a refreshing balance alongside fried foods and grilled köfte.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
