The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a 12-year-matured, 40% ABV single malt whisky from the Highlands of Scotland, produced at the Dalmore Distillery, owned by Whyte & Mackay. Long guided by master blender Richard Paterson, it is the flagship bottling of an elegant, layered Highland style.
How is it matured?
The whisky first matures in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then finishes in European oak sherry casks. The bourbon cask gives vanilla and citrus freshness, while the sherry cask adds dried-fruit, chocolate and spice depth. The candied-orange note that is Dalmore's signature is also pronounced in this bottling.
What does Dalmore 12 Year Old taste like?
The nose shows orange, dark plum, chocolate and marzipan standing out. The palate combines citrus, Christmas cake, coffee and cinnamon; ginger cake and praline tones create layers. The finish leaves orange, vanilla, plum and cinnamon together.
How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?
It can be enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. Its orange and chocolate character pairs particularly well with dark chocolate desserts, especially chocolate orange; mature hard cheeses and roasted nuts are also fitting companions.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
