Tullibardine Sovereign is the Tullibardine distillery's signature single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV, from the Scottish Highlands. It is matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and forms the foundation of the distillery's "Signature" range.
About Tullibardine
The distillery sits at the foot of the Ochil Hills in Perthshire, built on a brewing site with a history dating back to the 15th century. It takes its name from a small nearby medieval chapel. Silent between 1993 and 2003, it was bought by the French family company Terroirs Distillers in 2011. Every stage of production apart from malting, from milling to bottling, takes place on site, and the distillery has its own cooperage.
What does Sovereign taste like?
It has a bright golden colour. The nose carries floral notes and sweet barley, with a light vanilla behind them. The finish brings fudge, pear drops and gentle spice.
How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?
It is enjoyed neat, over ice or with a few drops of water; its light body also suits highball-style long drinks. It goes well with grilled chicken, fish and seafood, and light cheeses.

- Finish

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
