Binboa is a vodka produced in Turkey by Mey|Diageo. Launched in 2011, the brand is one of the vodkas Diageo Turkey produces domestically, alongside Smirnoff, Istanblue and Bazooka.
Who produces Binboa?
Producer Mey|Diageo is the current name of Mey, established after the privatisation of TEKEL in 2004 and one of the largest companies in Turkey's spirits sector. The company has been part of the British Diageo group since 2011 and operates factories in several Turkish provinces. Binboa is one of the brands in this domestic production portfolio's vodka category.
What is distinctive about Binboa's bottle?
Binboa's distinctive glass bottle design and brand identity were developed by design agency Tasarım Üssü. The packaging won gold in the beverage category at the 2011 Ay Yıldız Packaging Awards and the Design Turkey Good Design Award in 2012.
How is it served?
As a vodka, it can be drunk well chilled, neat, over ice, or used in cocktails. It forms a suitable base for long drinks such as vodka and tonic, vodka and soda, and vodka with fruit juice.

Served cold, the vodka forms a classic match with meze platters, smoked fish and seafood, and salted nuts.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
