Petrovska (Petrovskaia) is a 37.5% ABV plain vodka produced by Zernoff Beverages, one of Moldova's most-awarded vodka producers. Zernoff is a production complex that carries out every stage in-house, from processing grain to producing alcohol and bottling. The producer describes Petrovskaia as a vodka made to an old recipe, using only natural agricultural products, free of additives and glycerine. The vodka combines the purity achieved through seven different filtration methods.
What kind of vodka is Petrovska Vodka?
Being additive- and glycerine-free makes Petrovskaia a classic plain vodka that stands out through its raw material and filtration rather than artificial softeners. The brand has won gold medals at international competitions such as the USA Spirits Ratings and Bartender Spirits Awards.
How is it served?
Plain vodkas are generally drunk well chilled in small glasses. Petrovskaia can also be used in long drinks made with fruit juices, tonic or soda, and in classic vodka cocktails.
What food does it pair with?
On Moldovan and Eastern European tables, vodka is drunk alongside pickles, cold cuts and fish meze. As a plain-style vodka, it pairs well with meze platters and salted or smoked fish.

- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
