Whitley Neill 0% Raspberry

Whitley Neill Alcohol Free Raspberry is a 0.0% ABV alcohol-free gin alternative, made by separating the alcohol from the British gin brand Whitley Neill's raspberry gin. The brand is part of Halewood Artisanal Spirits. According to the brand, production uses the only spinning cone vacuum column still in the UK: the Raspberry Gin is separated in this still into three streams — water, aroma and alcohol — and the water and aroma components are then recombined to create the alcohol-free drink.

What does Whitley Neill 0% Raspberry taste like?

Its character comes from Scottish raspberries. Vivid red fruit flavour is balanced by notes of juniper, with liquorice root and coriander sensed in the background. Its sweetness is delicate. This bright fruit profile makes it a practical choice both for non-drinkers and for those looking for a light evening drink. It is a vegan product.

How is it served?

It is recommended served long over plenty of ice with tonic or lemonade, garnished with a few fresh raspberries. The brand also suggests a shaken, frothy serve inspired by the Albemarle Fizz cocktail, which dates from the American prohibition era. It can be used in place of gin in alcohol-free cocktails.

What food does it pair with?

Its fruity, light character pairs well with summer salads, especially those with goat's cheese or red fruit on green leaves. Served with tonic, it also strikes a refreshing balance alongside light desserts such as fruit tarts and cheesecake.
