Nuvo is a 6.2% ABV New England IPA (NEIPA) from craft brewer Brewart. Brewart names its beers after art movements, and Nuvo's name and label design draw inspiration from the Art Nouveau movement. The beer was released in autumn 2024.

What does Nuvo NEIPA taste like?

According to the producer's description, Nuvo has a hazy yellow colour and leaves intense citrus aromas on the palate. In New England-style IPAs, haziness is a natural result of the unfiltered brewing process and heavy hopping; this style is known for foregrounding fruity hop aroma over bitterness. Brewart states that its beers are brewed without pasteurisation and/or filtration.

How should it be served?

To preserve the hop aromas, it is recommended served cool but not ice-cold, at around 7–10°C. Its hazy appearance is a natural feature of the style; pouring it slowly into a wide-mouthed glass helps open up the citrus aroma.

What does Nuvo pair with?

Its intense citrus aroma strikes a good balance with spicy, lightly hot dishes. Grilled chicken or chicken prepared with spicy sauces, Far Eastern-inspired spicy dishes and light dishes made with fresh herbs are fitting pairings.

Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
