Nemiroff De Luxe is a smooth-drinking, 40% ABV vodka in the premium range of Nemiroff, Ukraine's well-established vodka producer. Production uses "Lux" grade grain alcohol and water drawn from the brand's own artesian wells. The blend of water and alcohol undergoes an 11-stage purification process, including quartz sand, activated carbon, membrane, silver and platinum filters. The recipe also includes aromatic alcohols prepared with natural ingredients such as linden flower.
What does Nemiroff De Luxe taste like?
According to the producer's tasting note, the first impression is a light linden flower aroma, followed by refreshing mint notes. The taste reaches a light fruity sweetness with dry apple and juniper touches. It leaves a velvety, smooth texture on the palate; the producer describes the finish as a bold yet balanced character carrying a light bitterness.
How is it served?
The producer recommends drinking De Luxe chilled, with two ice cubes added to the glass. Besides neat drinking, its floral, minty aroma also comes through in tonic-based long drinks or classic vodka cocktails alongside other ingredients.
What food does it pair with?
As on Ukrainian and Eastern European tables, it goes well with meze of pickles, salted fish and cold cuts. Its minty, floral tones also complement light dishes made with fish and seafood.
