Mikolasch Single Farm is a 40% ABV plain vodka made from corn grown organically on a single farm in Ukraine. The brand traces its roots to Fabrica Mikolasch, founded in Lviv in 1842; this long-forgotten historic name was revived in 2024. The producer states that the grain comes from organic farms in western Ukraine and that well water from the Carpathian region is used in distillation. The name "Single Farm" points to raw material traceable to one single farm.

What does Mikolasch Vodka taste like?

According to retailers' descriptions, Mikolasch Single Farm has a velvety texture and refreshing citrus notes, with a character summed up as fresh and smooth. As an unadulterated plain vodka, this character comes entirely from the raw material and the distillation.

How should it be served?

It can be drunk over ice in a short glass, or well chilled on its own. Its citrus-led character also works well in lemon- and tonic-based long drinks, and in cocktails such as the Vodka Martini or Espresso Martini.

Which foods does it pair well with?

In Ukrainian cuisine, vodka is served alongside pickles, salted fish and cold meat platters. Its smooth texture pairs well with fish and seafood, while its citrus tones suit light dishes with fresh cheese.
