Kah Blanco is an unaged tequila blanco at 40% ABV made from 100% blue agave by Amber Production Tequila (NOM 1472) in Jalisco's Tequila valley. Kah, meaning 'life' in the Mayan language, is known for its hand-decorated skull bottles inspired by Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) rituals; Blanco comes in the brand's new bottle design.
What does Kah Blanco taste like?
On the nose, grass, almond, fresh herbs, agave and spice are detectable. On the palate it's bold and spicy; notes of nuts, citrus and cinnamon appear. On the medium-length finish, traces of herbs, agave, olive and red pepper linger. It has a silky structure that starts off lightly sweet before quickly turning into a peppery spice.
How is it served?
In classic cocktails such as the Margarita, Paloma or Tequila Sour, its spiced agave character stands out. It can also be drunk neat or over ice; chilling it lightly brings out its silky texture.
Which foods does it pair with?
It pairs well with fresh flavours such as ceviche, grilled prawns and lightly sauced tacos. Its spiced structure also stays lively alongside dishes flavoured with lemon, coriander and a touch of chilli.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
