Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 is a 12.5% ABV vintage Champagne produced from the harvest of a single year by Dom Pérignon, the prestige brand of Moët & Chandon, in France's Champagne region. Dom Pérignon declares a vintage only in years considered exceptional; each bottle is the expression of a single harvest. The brand takes its name from Dom Pierre Pérignon, a Benedictine monk who lived at Hautvillers Abbey in the 17th century.
How is it made?
It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The 2013 vintage was released for sale after ageing in the cellar for around eight years. This long ageing on the lees gives the Champagne layered aromas and a silky texture.
What does Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 taste like?
Notes of eucalyptus, mint, apricot, orange blossom, cardamom and liquorice are felt on the nose, joined by toasted tones. The palate offers refined aromas and a silky structure, finishing with a light salinity and mineral character.
How should it be served, and what does it pair with?
It is served well chilled, in a wide-bowled wine glass or a tulip glass so its aromas can open up. It pairs well with refined dishes such as seafood, caviar, sushi and mature hard cheeses.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
