Baileys Birthday Cake is a 17% ABV limited-edition cream liqueur from Diageo's Irish cream brand Baileys, adding sponge cake flavour to Baileys Original Irish Cream. First launched in 2021 exclusively for the UK supermarket chain Morrisons to mark its 125th anniversary, it has since been reissued in different markets. The Baileys Original it is based on has been made since 1974 by blending Irish whiskey with fresh Irish cream.
What does Baileys Birthday Cake taste like?
The brand describes it as the beloved flavour of sponge cake mixed into Baileys Original. Marketing highlights notes reminiscent of vanilla sponge and buttercream icing. The result is a sweet, cake-flavoured liqueur that keeps the creamy texture of the classic Baileys; as its name suggests, it is designed with celebratory moments in mind.
How is it served?
It can be drunk neat with ice, well chilled. It can be drizzled over vanilla ice cream, used in cake and biscuit recipes, or added to creamy cocktails. As it contains cream, the storage guidance on the label should be followed once opened.

Its vanilla and cake notes make a natural match with birthday cake, cheesecake and fruit tarts; it also offers a sweet pairing with chocolate desserts.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
