Saki Rakı Premium Uludağ is one of the premium rakis prepared by Sezer Holding under the Saki brand, diluted with spring water from Uludağ. Like all Saki rakis, it is distilled from 100% fresh-grape suma with Çeşme aniseed in copper stills and made without added sugar.
Why does the Uludağ name matter?
Saki uses spring water sourced from Uludağ in its premium rakis. After distillation, the raki's alcohol strength is adjusted by adding water, and Saki draws on Uludağ water at this stage. The brand's premium rakis are also rested for months and filtered repeatedly.
About the Saki brand
Saki rakis are produced at the facility in the Salihli Organized Industrial Zone, Manisa; the facility began raki production in 2012. The producer states it uses no agricultural alcohol or sugar in its rakis. The range also includes varieties of different character such as Gold Göbek, Gurme, Deluxe and Siyah Üzüm.
How is it served?
Chilled, it can be drunk with cold water or neat in a raki glass; ice, if wanted, is added last. Trying a few neat sips first is a common way to get to know the character of long-rested rakis.
What food does it pair with?
Cold mezes, grilled fish and mature cheeses offer a balanced pairing.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
