Anadolu Rakı Ahenk

Anadolu Rakı Ahenk is a 45% ABV premium Turkish raki introduced in early 2026 to the Sıfır Seri family of the Anadolu Rakı brand by Mey İçki Sanayi Ltd., blending fresh- and dried-grape suma. It takes its name from the complementary character of these two sumas: according to the producer, fresh-grape suma gives freshness and a flowing smoothness, while dried-grape suma gives depth and a long body.

What does Anadolu Rakı Ahenk taste like?

On the nose, a clean, pure aniseed greets first, followed by light floral touches and sweetish grape nuances. The palate shows a velvety texture and an elegant aniseed intensity that doesn't create harshness; the natural roundness of grape comes through in the mid-palate. The finish is long, warm and smooth. The producer positions Ahenk as the range's premium expression, emphasising purity, balance and craftsmanship.

How is it served?

Thanks to its balanced structure, its aromas open up when diluted in the classic way with cold water; it can also be drunk neat or over ice. A narrow-waisted raki glass, with raki poured first and water added after, is the traditional presentation.

What food does it pair with?

Its smooth, floral character pairs well with the classic meze table that opens with white cheese and melon, olive-oil dishes, and grilled or steamed fish. The producer recommends olives, cheese and seafood for Anadolu Rakı.
