Havana Club Añejo 7 Años is a dark rum at 40% ABV, aged for at least seven years in oak casks in Cuba. Considered the flagship of Cuban rum culture, it is prepared under the guidance of the Maestros del Ron Cubano, who pass their knowledge down through generations, and is distributed by Pernod Ricard through Havana Club International.
What does Havana Club 7 Años taste like?
The dark mahogany rum, with copper glints, carries cocoa, vanilla, tobacco, dried fruit, caramel and light oak on the nose. On the palate a full body is felt, with vanilla, cocoa, honey, dried fruit, toasted wood, sweet spice and light tobacco. The finish is long, soft and elegant, with oak, cocoa and spice lingering for a while.
How is it served?
Its complex aromas show best neat or with a single large ice cube. It's used in classic cocktails such as the Rum Old Fashioned, El Presidente and Rum Manhattan, as well as in a carefully made Cuba Libre.
Which foods does it pair with?
Its cocoa and vanilla notes pair very well with dark chocolate, crème brûlée and cocoa-based desserts. Caramelised nuts and mature hard cheeses are also fitting accompaniments.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.

An age check (18+) is carried out on delivery. Our Famagusta branch is open every day 09:00–00:00, and our Bafra branch 09:00–02:00 (until 00:00 on Mondays).
